Great waterfront location. Friendly staff and good facilities including a gym, pool, and spa. Higher floors have better rooms than lower floors. Good value for money. Coffee, milkshakes, and food are tasty.

Liked how the twin/double room with a large soaking tub was arranged when we arrived. The food was appetising, with variety of options. Unbeatable and favourable location near Ikp Chapel.

This hotel is perfect location right in the city centre, with easy access to public transport and many great restaurants that serve delicious food. The breakfast is amazing and offers a wide variety of food choices. The staff is super friendly and always willing to assist. The cleanliness of this hotel is excellent, and the facilities are well-maintained.

We loved the hotel, it was CHARMING OLD and had decent location near shopping malls, the main restaurant. Good service, though a few employees were not very good.

Great facilities and inclusions, such as a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options and a pool bar with amazing cocktails. Clean and comfortable rooms with great pillows. Convenient location with shopping and coffee shops within walking distance and easy access to cheap taxis.

Dim lighting in the rooms, making it difficult to see. Spa was either closed or fully booked, making it difficult to get a massage.

We did n't have time, but we would come here again. Upscale hotel, supper friendly staff, neat room. Tasty breakfast with fantastic food always served on time. Our room had a very comfy bed and an amazing view. Set just next door to the main malls, the shopping mall and roof top bars in the pretty nice area. Swimming pool was good too.

Clean, reasonable value hotel, the location was perfect right by shopping center and a very nice mall.

The property was huge with lots of activities to do. The buffet had amazing and delicious food. The staff, particularly Dharmie, were friendly and made our experience enjoyable. The property had beautiful views.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My purpose of travel was leisure and I stayed for three nights. The lobby area and the restaurant were beautifully designed and created a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and always greeted guests with a smile. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a relaxing place to unwind. Breakfast was decent, and if you want more dining options, IT park is close by. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and easy to work with.

The hotel is located a bit far from other restaurants and cafes, but there are some great places to eat nearby. The Uno restaurant inside the hotel serves delicious food. It's also easy to whistle up a taxi from the hotel to go anywhere else. the outside landscaping is gorgeous, making for a beautiful view.

The rooms are outdated and lack a few basic amenities. There's no tea kettle, and some rooms have two twin beds instead of a king bed.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! This place is located right at the city centre with easy access to public transport. The service we received was exceptional - from the bell staff/porter to the 24-hour room service, everything was perfect. In fact, upon our request for an earlier check-in, the staff accommodated us with a warm welcome and a welcome drink. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including the swimming pool, spa & wellness centre, and entertainment facilities. The garden area was a pleasant surprise, providing us with a peaceful retreat from the city hustle.

We recommend this hotel to all, without any reservation.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel had a wide range of facilities including a casino, spa, and outdoor swimming pool. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The only downside was that the price of the room was slightly higher than we expected, but the quality of service and the facilities provided made up for it. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
